Goonhilly Village Green is delighted to be featured as part of a new online exhibition called ‘Catalyst’, showcasing almost a decade of art, science and humanities collaborations between Cornwall based creatives and researchers from Exeter University’s Environment and Sustainability Institute. Curated by Claire English in conjunction with Arts & Culture Exeter, the virtual exhibition features the work of twelve collaborations generated by the ESI’s ‘Creative Exchange’ programme, exploring issues of climate, society, environment and sustainability.
Goonhilly Village Green was one of the first creative collaborations to take place back in 2014 when we collaborated with Professor Caitlin Desilvey, Dr Jon Bennie and other researchers from the ESI to develop ideas for our 2015 Pilot event, co-produced with Cornwall based curators Field Notes.
The artists exhibiting are: The Art and Energy Collective, Dr Bram Thomas Arnold Dr Tim Cockerill, Chris Thorn, Harper and Chave, Hugo Glasier, Gabrielle Hoad, Josie Purcell Rame, Peninsula Beach Care, Roseberry and Slack, Rosie Fierek, Sara Bowler and Elizabeth Masterton.
